The last movie I saw was “Fuga” about 3 weeks ago. The main character was Benjamin Vicuña. I saw the movie with my girlfriend.
The movie plot starts with a boy that gets traumatized after he sees his sister get raped on the piano that she was playing some minutes before. When he grows up he become a music director who made a beautiful and schizophrenic play, like Mahler’s ninth symphony that it is said it is covered by the shadow of death. In this movie the play is never finished in public, because every time it is played someone dies.
I absolutely recommend it, I liked it a lot, it is a deep and strong movie, it makes you think a lot, the mental disease of the main character is excellent represented so it can get you closer to this unknown world.
I didn't seen this film but I think is very strange to see Benjamin Vicuña acting like a musician. Anyway, if you say that this film is god I'll try to see it soon, so we will comment together in some good place!
ResponderBorrarNever heard of this movie but I think it sounds interesting. I might see it sometime if I have some free time, though time is not a friend of mine.
ResponderBorrarI agree with you. It is a mysterious film, strong and strange work of art. I must recognize that I don’t believe in this movie. One of the most important things to me is the incidental music. I think it is a great resource to create mystery. I like the final scene, when the main character finally escapes from this world.
